摘要

Preparing an experimental set-up for low level electromagnetic exposures of biological samples and identification of biological effects needs an accurate dosimetric procedure. Present paper analyses the case of a transverse electromagnetic chamber (TEM cell) loaded by a biological sample of vegetal seeds from a dual dosimetric perspective: computational and experimental. Comparative results are in the expected uncertainty range and further improvement possibilities are underlined.
