Agencies Hold Public Meeting on Lehigh Cupertino Plant

An early November meeting with Santa Clara County residents and regulators eased public concerns about the Lehigh Southwest Cement facilities in unincorporated Cupertino, Calif., reported the San Jose Mercury News.
