RoadQuake TPRS is designed to reduce accidents and save lives. RoadQuake alerts drivers, especially distracted drivers, to changing road conditions, such as upcoming work zones. Because it is so effective, construction and maintenance crews-especially flaggers-appreciate that RoadQuake re-focuses distracted drivers. Listening to our users, we heard that they love RoadQuake 2F, the Folding TPRS, as it takes less time to deploy on the roadway than RoadQuake 2, the modular version. Users are thus not exposed to traffic as long. But, users said, they really love the modular version too, as it's lighter in weight. Then, users told us to design something so we can take advantage of the faster deployment times of RoadQuake 2F, but that also helps us with weight. And while you're at it we also need something to help us transport RoadQuake 2F so the strips don't take up too much space in our service vehicles.
