Looking for practice office space in London is depressing enough for any architect and even more so for Terry Pawson right now. He has just completed a scheme in Olympia which is the antithesis of the standard lettable fare of ceiling tiles, cheap carpets, fleck painted, botched conversion. The site is an Edwardian courthouse on Ver-non Street. Pawson's brief was to refurbish the courtroom as spec offices and build a bespoke headquarters for the Jellycat empire on the site of the old cells.
