摘要

Pierre wassenaar was poised to become President of the Royal Society of Architects in Wales (RSAW) as RIBA Journal went to press. Already Vice President, he was due to take up the post formally at the RSAW's AGM on 29 September. He wants to ensure the RSAW is involved with all Welsh legislation that affects the built environment, that good design is enshrined in planning requirements, and that the Society improves its links with other professional organisations and Schools of Architecture. He will serve a two-year term of office.
