On 12 May 2010 the RIBA Hearings Panel found that affiliate RIBA member Mr A Craig, by his own admission, was in breach of Principle 2.3 of the RlBA Code of Conduct in that he did not did not ensure that his terms of appointment, the scope of his work and the essential project requirements were clear and recorded in writing. The Panel decided the sanction for this would be a public reprimand.
