Hearing Panel found Mr Andrew Gibbs of Norwich guilty of breaching Principles 1,2 and 3 of the RIBA Code of Conduct regarding integrity, competence and relationships in that he failed to properly advise his client, in that he did not have any written terms of appointment, scope of works or project requirements and in that he did not have in place any effective procedures for dealing promptly and appropriately with disputes or complaints.
