WM buys Abitibi facilities

Waste Management, Inc. has purchased several material recycling facilities from AbitibiBowater, Inc., the world's largest producer of newsprint, to the tune of $12 million. The Arlington, Houston and San Antonio, Texas sites will continue to receive and process materials from AbitibiBowater's recycling collection services underrna separate deal inked with WM.
