Intelligent Cache Refinement and Effectiveness Monitoring Platform

This disclosure discusses a system/method for refinement and monitoring of an effective cache-based system. The difficulty and complexity to ensure an effective cache-based system lies in the multi-faceted, multivariate nature of possible data & high-volumes of traffic. Further relevant data in such caches can vary with time due to multitude of factors. The problem can be articulated by the questions: 1.What will reflect the correct trends in cache traffic and maximize the cache hit and utilization? 2.How do we define & refine an effective cache? 3.When do we know that the cache is no longer effective? As an answer to these problems, we have proposed the Intelligent Cache Refinement and Effectiveness Monitoring Platform.
