The present disclosure provides a system to enable a survey for one or more passengers in a vehicle. More specifically, the system provides an in-vehicle survey based on one or more vehicle sensing results (e.g., detection of end of car sharing trip, detection of dirty interior) and performs survey scheduling operations or notification actions based on survey responses. This system addresses several issues including, but not limited to, low response rates of mailed customer surveys by deploying the survey on a vehicle infotainment system at the appropriate time and managing ride sharing and/or autonomous vehicle fleets to ensure customer satisfaction based on survey results.
