COVID-19 and Cabin Crew Training

The very nature of aviation means that cabin crew and pilot training never stops; it is a way of life. For cabin crew, initial training is just the beginning; throughout their career, they are required to attend training regularly. Cabin crew trainees face an intense and steep learning curve, as they get to grips with general aviation knowledge, air law, and learn the features of the aircraft in which they will serve. For Wizz Air, this is the A320 family, which includes the A320, A321, and A320neo and the A321neo. The crew needs to know the normal and emergency operating procedures inside out. Safety and emergency procedures (known as SEP) forms a core part of the course. Unsurprisingly, safety and security are top priorities for all airlines, so the crew must be fully trained to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
