Commercial, industrial and multi-family PACE will be available in Texas in the very near future. The Texas model was designed to be the most user-friendly, cost-effective, market based program that is both sustainable (without the use of tax payer dollars) and scalable. It can be a model not only for Texas, but for the nation as a whole.
