End for TransPennine Class 170s

摘要

Transpennine express is due to reduce its requirement for Class 170s from two pairs of two-car sets to one, with the remaining pair to be taken out of service in July. The units concerned are due to be transferred to Chiltern Railways and are now entering the last few weeks of service with TransPennine Express. At the end of June they are to be taken out of use and converted to Class 168/3S for Chiltern.
