Dwight is the director of track maintenance technology for the Union Pacific Railroad. His team consists of Gary Click, director in the Track Functional Group, who is the technical director for VAE Nortrak North America and Randy L. Bowman, director in the Track Functional Group, who is the engineer track & materials for Norfolk Southern Railway Company.
