CH2M HILL acquires Booz Allen S&L Transportation business

CH2M HILL, a global full-service consulting, design, construction, and operations firm, has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Booz Allen Hamilton's State & Local Government Transportation Consulting (S&L Transportation) business. Booz Allen Hamilton said it is divesting this business "to better align our contract portfolio with the company's federal government business."
