Railroad Development Corporation ("RDC") is a Pittsburgh-based railway investment and management company, privately held, and unique in its focus on the developing world. Our flagship is the Iowa Interstate Railroad ("IAIS") which runs from Chicago to Omaha. IAIS is also active in the sale of its train control system for unsignalled operations in Latin America, Africa and North America.
