Revised Rolling Stock Plan 'by Christmas'

Revising DfT's Rolling Stock Plan to reflect changes since its last update in July 2008 (RB1353 p6) is proving a 'big challenge' according to department insiders. With the original target of publishing the new plan this autumn unlikely to be met, the pressure is now on to 'get it out before Christmas'.
