Tight schedule for PPP reference

Under the timetable established by PPP Arbiter Chris Bolt for handling the reference from London Underground for directions and guidance on outstanding contractual differences with Tube Lines over pricing and other matters in Review Period 2 (RB1351 p5), both parties have until November 17 to make their representations 'on costs and associated issues'. The Arbiter hopes to publish draft directions and guidance on four specific issues on December 17 (right).
