LU ponders Praed Street bottleneck

RBI has learned that London Underground is giving serious consideration to ways of reducing congestion on the Circle Line between Paddington and Edgware Road.rnWhen reporting LU's intention to reconfigure the Circle Line in December so that the trains turn back at Hammersmith and Edgware Road (RB1338 p2), we commented on the risk of delays in this area, which are already common, becoming much worse under the proposed arrangement.
