Lu Examines Future Train Concepts

London Underground has published an OJEU notice seeking consultancy on future rolling stock. The successful consultancy will develop one or more design concepts in sufficient detail to demonstrate that the train would meet LU's requirements.rnThis study would then be used to validate the business case for a new train design, informing the procurement and asset renewal strategies for the Bakerloo Line in 2018-20 and Central Line in 2020-33, plus other longer-term requirements.
