Frameworks awarded to modernise Tyne & Wear Metro

Nexus has now awarded five framework contracts for work to be undertaken under the ￡385m All Change programme to modernise the Tyne Et Wear Metro over the next 11 years. In addition to Balfour Beatty Rail Ltd, BAM Nut-tall and May Gurney (RB1375 p3), frameworks have been awarded to Morgan Sindall and Serco.
