Suppliers could help cut NR costs

A study commissioned by the Rail Freight Group and undertaken by PSL demonstrates that Network Rail still has much to gain in terms of cutting costs, and improving the quality of work delivered by its contractors and suppliers by exchanging knowledge with them at a much earlier stage.
