Tube Lines' ￡327m claim rejected

In his ruling released on January 25, indepent adjudicator Alex Charlton QC rejected the entire claim of ￡327m that PPP contractor Tube Lines had made against London Underground. He also determined that Tube Lines was responsible in full for costs resulting from delays to the Jubilee and Northern Line upgrades, and ordered the contractor to pay all LU's costs and legal fees incurred in defending itself against a spurious claim.
