RAIB is investigating an incident which saw a road-rail dumper truck run away down a steep gradient into Bradford Interchange station at 06.50 on March 25. After rolling for 380 m it collided with buffers at the end of Platform 1 causing minor damage, but before the impact the operator had managed to jump clear and escaped with only minor injuries.
