Scottish Transport Minister Keith Brown chose Dundee station as an appropriate location to announce on March 27 that the proposal in the Rail 2014 consultation document (RB1403 pi) to terminate all through trains from England at Edinburgh Waverley or Glasgow Central had been abandoned.
