'A new era' for Heathrow Express is due to start on April 26 when the airport shuttle operator brings its first refurbished trainset back into service. 'The whole appearance of what we do will change,' Managing Director Keith Greenfield told RBI on March 7, as the company unveiled a £16m rebranding programme that also includes a 'refined' corporate identity and 'a new eye-catching business wardrobe' for staff.
