Service improvements

1. Over 95 000 extra seats across the franchise, including 1 000 on high-speed services; 2. New hourly high-speed service via Gillingham, Ramsgate, Dover and Ashford offering improved connections between London, north Kent and east Kent; 3. High-speed services calling at Snodland, Martin Mill and Walmer for the first time, plus additional high-speed services for Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate; 4. A peak 'Business Express' from Hastings to London, saving up to 10 min on current journey times; 5. New direct services between Maidstone East and London Blackfriars, and between Sheerness-on-Sea and London Victoria; 6. Extra evening and weekend services between Dartford and London Victoria; 7. A commitment to work with TfL to extend Oyster to Dartford and Swanley; 8. Oyster pay as you go to be introduced on high-speed services between St Pancras and Stratford International.
