1. With 'full construction' due to start early in 2016, work is now underway to clear the site of the new station at Kenilworth (RBI453 p4). Now costed at £12.1m, to which DfT is contributing £4.9m, it will have a ticket office, accessible footbridge, 90-space car park and platforms on the Coventry - Leamington Spa route. 2. The property and infrastructure business at Capita has signed a five-year collaboration with Spanish transport engineering consultancy Ineco. This will build on their existing joint venture formed to bid for HS2 work.
