Arup has been appointed to all four lots of the Independent Reporter Framework for CP5, reviewing for ORR Network Rail's performance in the areas of Asset Management, Major Infrastructure εt Enhancements, Data Quality and Monitoring of Regulated Outputs. Arup is being supported by other consultancies including Turner εt Townsend, The Woodhouse Partnership Ltd, the Statistical Services Unit of the University of Sheffield and Winder Phillips Associates. Steer Davies Gleave acted as commercial and technical advisor to CK Investments SARL during its acquisition of ROSCO Eversholt Rail Group (RBI478 p6).
