Some software news to begin with this month. First, COAA seem to have been working overtime with a new release of ShipPlotter and their DSC Decoder. The change in ShipPlotter version 10.9 relates to Binary AIS messages that are specific to the Rhein inland waterway. ShipPlotter now decodes and displays the DAC200 branch binary messages relating to lock times, water levels, passenger and crew data, static and voyage data, draught and so on.
