Free AIPs, the End of NDBs, French UAVs and Free Charts

The CAA has been investigating allegations that CD versions of the UK Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) and its offshoots, including Aeronautical Information Circulars, are being offered for sale on eBay. The problem is that the CDs being offered at auction appear to have been compiled from earlier versions of the UK AIP and are not considered as current.
