ANALYTIC EXPRESSIONS TO REPRESENT THE HAZARD ULTRAVIOLET ACTION SPECTRUM OF ICNIRP AND ACGIH

Relative spectral effectiveness values for hazard evaluation of ultraviolet radiation, as tabulated according to the action spectrum of the International Committee on Non-ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) and the American Conference of Governmental and Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) can be substituted or interpolated in relevant spectral regions by one single Analytic function, or by three simpler functions. The functions are useful for calculation of values of weighted spectral irradiance From 210-400 nm. The spectral weighting factors S(λ) follow the ICNIRP and ACGIH curve of tabulated values with enough Accuracy for all practical purposes.
