KH is phasing out Type 2007 for ships, but it will still be available for submarines. Description. The Kelvin Hughes Type 1007/1009/2007 family of naval radars are high-definition surface warning and navigational radar systems in service with the U.K. Royal Navy and several other world navies. The radars are available in I-band and F-band versions.
