The Organisers of the, now traditional, Spring modeling holiday have announced major changes for the 2008 event. For the last 6-years the event has been run by the 'Model Aviators Association' and has catered for Fixed Wing aircraft, Rotary (Helicopters), and Gliding, predominately slope soaring, with the addition of Off Road and Indoor Stock model car racing, and for the past 2-years on-road circuit car racing.rnHoliday organiser Caroline Scoles, on behalf of the Association has informed us that this popular holiday week will no longer be held at Primrose Valley Holiday Camp. "A move away from the Haven site had been a consideration for some time as it was becoming increasingly difficult to organise the event and our facilities in conjunction with the way that the Haven holiday ethos worked. We were too small a group really to fit into the grand scheme of things, although the camp management tried their best to find ways round. We also listened to the modellers attending regarding costs and the insistence on Friday to Friday bookings.
