II've put together more than a few helicopter kits over the years but since I joined Traplet there has been a definite trend towards fully built Ready To Fly rotary wing models. This is great for time poor enthusiasts like myself but it was not until I built this small 450-size helicopter that I realised just how much I enjoyed (and missed!) building R/C helis. It's a great stress buster. Mind you, a high quality kit does help and they really don't come much better than those supplied by JR Propo. As with the company's radio control products, JR helicopters are right at the top of the tree in this regard. So let's take a peek inside the nicely presented flip top box.
