Quaternary in South America: Recent research initiatives

This volume contains papers illustrating a variety of Quaternary research, extending from southernmost South America to the Bahamas. The topics covered include changes in marine environments and sea level, tectonism and resulting geomorphic features, magnetic susceptibility, mammalian taxonomy and palaeontology, molluscan faunal communities, geoarchaeology, and palaeosols.
