SigmaRoc complete Ronez acquisition

ON 5 January 2017, SigmaRoc plc announced the completion of their acquisition of Ronez, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aggregate Industries, part of the LafargeHolcim Group, for £45.0 million in cash. Ronez are the leading integrated quarrying and construction material producers in the Channel Islands and their takeover is the first in a planned series of niche acquisitions in line with SigmaRoc's ambition to 'buy and build' a £500 million construction materials business.
