MPA welcomes new procurement guidance

THE Mineral Products Association (MPA) has welcomed the Government's publication of new procurement guidance encompassing key construction materials, including cement. Data published on 13 December 2016 indicate how the Government plans to use local construction materials in infrastructure work across 18 separate projects by 2020, including rail, roads and construction.
