Breedon Group pic have moved the tax domicile of the company from Jersey to the UK. The board said the Group gained little from being tax domiciled in Jersey and bringing its tax residency onshore would be more efficient and beneficial from a management perspective. Summerleaze are reopening their Maidenhead Quarry after a period of dormancy stretching back to 1995. The company will be extracting 200,000 tonnes of sand and gravel per annum for the next three years, with the material being transported by lorry to Bray for processing.
