Reconciling Miller's Ether-Drift With Reich's Dynamic Orgone

Dayton Miller's extensive research on the subject of ether-drift and light-beam interferometry led him, by 1933, to publish the following conclusions: A) The ether of space is a real phenomenon which has subtle interaction with matter, can be deflected or blocked by dense materials in the surroundings of a light-beam interferometer, and also may be entrained along the surface of the Earth, moving faster at higher elevations than at lower elevations. B) Earth and the solar system are moving at a speed of 208 km/sec towards an apex in the Southern Celestial Hemisphere, towards Dorado, the swordfish, right ascension 4 hrs 54 min, declination of-70° 33′ (south), in the middle of the Great Magellanic Cloud and 7° from the southern pole of the ecliptic. Miller believed the Earth was pushing "southward" through a stationary but Earth-entrained ether in that particular direction.
