It was in the mid 90's that a categorical need for a coating application centre in North America was first identified.A tangible lack of facilities designed to cater to companies wanting to test coating applications was putting a serious financial strain on enterprises who were subsequently forced to travel to Europe to conduct their experiments.It was this missing link that prompted industry players to look into the feasibility of opening a coating research centre on this side of the ocean.It's been smooth sailing ever since.
