EPA Erosion Prohibition Challenge

Renewed vigor by the EPA in enforcing the Clean Water Act has raised the bar for public works officials to prohibit erosion. The pressures are cascading down to all others involved in highway and street construction and municipal wastewater treatment, as well as property developers, commercial and residential builders, and golf course architects and superintendents.
