Local Government building portfolios are a mix of small to medium size buildings at multiple sites. Some facilities are complex in regard to the requirements of users and building structures such as libraries or swimming pools. Public Sector building portfolios are similar, but can also include large CBD office complexes and facilities of national or heritage significance.
