Skills building for area management: lessons from regional locality management

摘要

This article discusses research conducted on locality management and proposes a generic model for skills development for this and other enabling roles. Improving codified knowledge in relation to managing at a spatial, rather than at a thematic, level is particularly important as the new UK government takes office.
