Secretary's Report

A full complement of officers attended the annual spring meetings of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors at the PSA Headquarters in Oklahoma City, April 20 and 21. Jean Timmermeister, APS A, incoming Publications Vice President, was invited to sit in on the Board meeting (without a vote) and was able to get a better understanding of the workings of PSA at Headquarters and the PSA Journal. She will take over after the Conference in San Diego from Carl Soerens, APSA, who is not continuing for another 2-year term.
