The Office Group to run flex space at King's Cross

Flexible workspace provider The Office Croup has signed an agreement with King's Cross Central Limited Partnership to manage a new 170,000 sq ft office building at King's Cross. The building, between Handyside Street and York Way, was designed by London-based architecture studio Piercy & Company to meet the needs of small businesses. Construction of the flexible workspace is under way and is due for completion in 2024. King's Cross chief executive Robert Evans said: "This is a major investment for King's Cross; it represents a step change in the way that we create and deliver workspace and how we meet the changing needs of our customers.
