Build-to-rent giant Moda Living is set to make its debut in the co-living sector with a £lbn pipeline of sites, Property Week can reveal. The build-to-rent (BTR) operator has secured six initial sites in London - which could accommodate 2,600 rental units for shared living - to launch its co-living arm, with several more in negotiation stages.
