Riverstone in talks for schemes worth £500m

Luxury later-living developer Riverstone has told Property Week it is "in negotiations" for new schemes worth £500m after launching the sale of its first apartments earlier this week. "We lost a little bit of time last year," Riverstone chief executive Jason Leek told Property Week, "It was difficult to engage with people and obviously there was a high degree of uncertainty during the pandemic.
