Relief measures for estate agencies hailed 'a real boost'

Estate agents have welcomed the government's announcement that those forced to close offices because of the Covid-19 outbreak will not have to pay business rates in the coming tax year. In an announcement on Wednesday, chancellor Rishi Sunak amended the relief measures announced last week to include estate agencies.
