Jamie Ritblat's Delancey is in pole position to buy Capital & Counties' troubled Earls Court scheme in a deal that could see off any potential bid for the entirety of Capco from Nick Candy. Supported by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Candy confirmed his interest in bidding for the whole group on Monday. Shortly after, Capco revealed that it had entered into exclusive talks with Ritblat's bid vehicle, established by Delancey on behalf of its client fund and APG.
